These terms and conditions regulate the procedure for purchase-sale transactions made through the online ordering environment of Valnes AS at www.valnes.ee. Other legal relationships are regulated by the legislation valid in the Republic of Estonia
Valnes AS is entitled to amend and supplement these terms and conditions and the price list at any time. The amendments and supplements to the terms and conditions and the price list will enter into force on the webpage www.valnes.ee, and the changes and supplements to the terms and conditions and the price list shall take effect as of the moment of publishing the respective amendment or supplement. If you confirmed your order prior to the entry into force of the terms and conditions or the amendment, the terms and conditions valid at the time of confirming the order shall apply to you.
The images of the products are illustrative in nature.
All prices on the webpage www.valnes.ee are in euros and include VAT. The selection of certain options for the products may cause the price to change. In this case, the change is displayed along with the option.
Filling in the order
After you have chosen the suitable goods and quantity, click the link “Add to Cart”. You may then either continue selecting products or start the ordering process.
To obtain an overview of the products in your cart, click the link “Shopping Cart” on the homepage, after which the products in the shopping cart, their cost, along with client and other information will be displayed. In this view you can change the quantity of ordered products, the client data and other information.
Fill in the client data and click the button “Save” to confirm.
Check the accuracy of contact data to avoid delays and misunderstandings in delivering the products. Valnes AS or the postal company shall not be responsible for delays in delivering the products or for any misunderstandings, if these are the result of inaccurate data presented by you when filling in the order.
Choose suitable means of transport.
Take a final look at the goods, quantities, prices, addresses, etc. After you have examined the terms and conditions of service, place a check in the respective box and click on the button “Submit Order”.
After submitting the order, you will receive an order confirmation by e-mail within 1-2 working days.
Paying for the products
Based on the received order confirmation, please make a prepayment within the extent of the entire order amount (incl. full cost of goods plus delivery fee). Before making the payment, please check that the details in the order confirmation correspond to the content of your order. The payment can be made via bank transfer.
We will begin processing your order on the following working day after receiving the payment. Your order will be cancelled if you have not paid the amount specified in the order confirmation within 14 days as of issuing the order confirmation.
Delivery of products
The goods in the warehouse will be dispatched on the next working day following the receipt of payment. For special product orders the estimated delivery time will be noted on the electronically sent order confirmation.
The products will be delivered pursuant to your chosen option.
If it appears that delivery of your ordered product is not possible within the promised term, we shall notify you as soon as possible thereof via the contact phone or e-mail provided by you when filling in the order. At the same time, we will also provide you with a new delivery term. However, if you should lose interest in buying the product due to the longer delivery term, you have the right to cancel the order and the amount you paid will be returned to you.
Cancelling the order and returning the product
If you find the products unsuitable, you may withdraw from your order within 14 days as of the delivery and return the purchased products by sending a respective notification to the e-mail address email@example.com together with the invoice number, your current account number and contact details. Upon returning the products, the transport cost shall not be reimbursed to you.
The returned product must be in its original packaging and it may not have been used. Upon withdrawing from the order the amount paid for the purchase will be refunded to the bank account designated by you within 30 days, at the latest, after returning the product. Any direct costs in relation to the return shall be borne by the Client.
Warranty and returning non-compliance products
When receiving the goods, check their conformity to the order. If you purchased goods from valnes.ee that have proven to be non-compliant, we will replace those goods within 30 days against the invoice.
Valnes AS is not responsible for:
deterioration/damage of the product due to your fault;
deficiencies caused by inappropriate use of the product;
natural physical wear and tear of the product during normal use.
Upon detecting the non-compliance of or deficiencies involving the product, please send a respective notification, as soon as possible, to the email address firstname.lastname@example.org. Valnes AS shall review the complaint within 7 days after the receipt thereof and shall inform you of the possible solution.
With regard to the rights and obligations arising from the warranty, we proceed from the legislation valid in the Republic of Estonia.
Processing of personal data
Valnes AS shall use the personal data provided by you and the information on the made purchases in conformity with the Personal Data Protection Act, within the extent necessary to execute the order placed by you. Valnes AS shall not forward your personal data to third parties, except for companies providing the postal or courier service that is necessary for delivering the goods.
Other terms and conditions
We deem the data provided by you to be confidential and shall not forward this data to third parties, except in accordance with the procedure set out in law.
In any matters not separately resolved by these terms and conditions, the legislation applicable in the Republic of Estonia shall be followed.
Any disputes between you and Valnes AS shall be resolved by negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, you will have the right to refer the matter to the Consumer Protection Board or Harju County Court. The legislation of the Republic of Estonia will apply to the settlement of disputes.
